The H4A Internationale Beloften Weekend is a new cycling event in Zeeland. Talented U23 riders competed for two days in order to claim the prestigious H4A leader’s jersey. The brand new stage race of the U23 Road Series started with an individuale time trial of 15 kilometers in Hulst. De Feijter Media recorded the very first edition for the organization.
